Had one of these attend the Rusty Iron Rally one year. It was local at the time and the running cost were amazing never mind the cost of floating it to and from the show. He ran over a Datsun 1200 twice and was about one foot high after that. Those Rolls Royce engines certainly sound great under full throttle.

I have seen a local one on the Southside of Brisbane ,being carted around on an ex army S line and a green 3 axle float ......said to someone at the time its a bit much for a SIVS rego,or any other kind ,for that matter....if the things weigh as much as a D9H,then Id be thinking youd be needing a dolly and four axles maybe

The one here is also on gumtee described as a 1953 mk3 Centurion. Says he has been mucked around by 2 buyers. This one is at Mount Tamborine

Even the Ferrets which are a lot more practical for the average collector are hard to sell.......lots of collectors want one ,but dont actually have any cash.
