Give us the year and model truck. They appear to have a remote transfer case so more than likely a standard Isuzu box from the period.

I have a Isuzu 6bd1 and gearbox out of a SBR422 and I want to put it in a conventional cab truck, the gear stick on any of these bonented Isuzu are on the top not leavers on the side so i,m thinking any model would probably fit

the gearbox i have at the moment is a 5 speed direct , number BD5A, if I could just replace the top of the box with a gear stick that would be good or i,m happy to go a new box

An idea might be to an Isuzu FSR/FTR cable gear lever assembly. Mount it where you want and run the cable down to the box. Very easy to do. That's how I did the bus.

found a photo. The vertical stay has since been removed. The lever assembly included the cable mount and the curved metal support. I just made the bracket and attached the cable. The cables are a bit long, so you have to loop them about.
