I wouldn't restore It... !
I'd get It going, make it Roadworthy, & enjoy It as Is..

Hayseed If you do that I will let you make better rear mudguards for it. The one we can see looks like a piece of old oil drum or something, bent to fit.

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!
