I never realized they made the slippery aerodynamic type of cab and bonnet that early, think it was more a slippery bonnet, but I would of guessed very late 80's before this shape appeared
I am out of touch aren't I

bonnet is a different shade of white to the cab and front wheels have been changed to ten stud so maybe a mongrel.

The Fiberglass fades different to metal so that doesn't mean much and getting rid of the spiders off the steer would be the second-best mod after an air-conditioner, my younger brother has a normal long bonnet one that he has had forever and a day that still rumbles across the river flat up the creek from me with a Excavator on the back about 5.30 ever morning and I am sure there were sloppy bonnet's back when he got that pre Constellation Cab and it has ten stud alloys all-around but would have been steels all-round when new. Maybe the arse ends been upgraded to give it a bit of speed

I drove a month old 350 Mack value liner into Mack at Archerfield for its first service, with the wife and kids and we got the train to Expo 1988, I had been in a Louie with a 350 Cummins for a couple of years that went like a rocket. The Mack was an embarrassment going up any bit of a hill the Shelia's pushing prams were over taking you, that was the first one I had seen and the second was one with two decks of cattle at Dubbo. The western star would be about that same time same era.
