The catch with all these old busses was low roof height ...you couldnt stand up in them without ducking your head .........only the council busses had higher roofs where you could stand
My neighbour has a Brisbane bus , it's a Leyland Panther. From memory, it has a flat six diesel engine . I'll take a pic next time I visit. It runs , and it still has the adverts along the inside above the seats.
