What is unusual is Lot 83 ..1998 Ford truck .......cant be many late model big US Fords here ..(OK 28 years old isnt exactly late model)

Indeed John, something fishy there. From 1997 Sterling was the nameplate. Freightliner (Daimler Benz)  purchased Ford trucks and had to cease using the Ford name.

That Marathon is the mk ll which had a few design faults ironed out. Wonder what motor it has. Shame about the rusty gutters. Worth saving.
