There were two of those still in service on Bribie Island in the mid 80's. Known locally as Turtle 1 and Turtle 2.

Jeff Phelps had a few of them too on school runs ...he also had Albions with 4 speed crash boxes .............the AEC s were SCG trans ,and the drivers would take off before getting up air pressure ...........one crashed into the Jindalee State High library when the driver took off without any air up for the brakes
