I guess that would depend on what decade it was, and the company who bought them used them for.........
the Slimlines were probably more popular during the TNT/Comet/Kwikasair/Hawthorn days along with later brick and construction 8 wheelers.
My 1976 cab is a 76in
Most popular with OO would have to be 86in upto the 1980' when the aerodynes first appeared.
After the 87'-88' E cab was released they made the big cab more available in both aerodyne and flat top.Vaguely remember the trucking life adverts for a 2200 series cab (metric)
A proper rivet counters might be able to confirm better.
