In need of a semi trailer axle put out by Fruehauf. Tiz a Propar axle
5 "inch [125mm) square with rounded off corners, twaz used with 20" as well as 15" wheels

I have 3 similar axles th@ we need to lengthen
I need the propar axle so I can cut sections out of axle to weld in place to make my Propars longer
I have tried to source out material of much the same but it is made of Unobtainium

I was just browsing around and noticed Maryborugh machinery have some Freuhauf trailers and look like they have the sort of yard that might have hidden treasures, although from the prices on the web site www.maryboroughmachinery.com.au/machinery3.htm you might have to leave an arm and leg for a deposit

It must be getting scarce, Swishy. This is probably a silly question but are you sure it isnt just 5" RHS.
