How well do you get on with the local Vicroads people,or a Local Laws officer or one of Sarges blokes.

Maybe get one to run the rego number and might lead to an address.
I know with all the privacy stuff they cant give it to you but were theres a will theres a way.

well that would be an option we are now not so certain of the number plate but we definatly know that is ends in 638

another update
it had 38000 pound henderickson walking beam suspension
s cam brakes on the steer
wedge brakes on the drive
and a hamlex steel tipping body
the specs are spaced out as dad and grandpa are slowly remembering more

there is a house wreckers at wallace on the western hiway before ballarat is a atkinson with 871 green in colour but i cannot remmber if it was sleeper or a slimline but definatly has 871 ok goodluck

g'day learner just a suggestion...find out who are diesel mechanics, or workshops around pakenham and see if you can follow the trail. andy barra and matt elliott are down that way...try your luck.

the rego is not drm 638 i have been informed that is a 1979 range rover
so i will look into what the rego acutally is

detective i think that may be a long shot as i have been told that it could be from gembrook, emerald, as well as wallace
