the one in my pics has the same door handles as yours
and it also has a mesh cover in front of the radiator
if you ask me i think that they are the same truck just speced up differently
the ex chadwick one has pull up door handles so it is different to both yours and mine

That green one is definately a MkII. that grille is off of a 3800 - the last of those style made before the "acco" cabbed 4870 - and is just screwed on over the radiator and I'd say ol' mate the grille fitter has updated the cab clearance lights too.

You might Laugh at me because I'm different, I laugh at you because you're all the same

Regarding the Chadwick Atki in Swishys last post , it came through our yard a couple of months back..
If it turned out to be the one the L Plater is looking for then I know where she is.
I don't think it's the same one but it's possible other doors and bullbar have been fitted.
Assuming the doors interchange that is...
Local bloke has a few Atki's and I know one of them is green but been a year or two since I was there.
Will have a squiz tomorrow...

Hi Learner if you know the chassis number from when your grandfather had her you would think it would still have the same chassis under her and if it's been rerego you could go down that line as a title search with Vic Roads. Dave

good try Dave, but chassis numbers were not always recorded way back, or if they were, not always on the data base.... but engine numbers give reuslts assuming some plonker managed to write them down right.

Old ACCO didnt exist in the system on its engine number, original owner had a old rego which showed the engine number was one digit wrong in about 10 numbers....

good luck, the L, hope you find her.
