Clearing sale, Qld

The Clearance sale is dated for the 11th of August,
all going vehicles will be also auctioned online as well as onsite so as to draw more attention,
all non runners will be auctioned onsite only

Great to see that someone had the passion and forsight to have all these beautys in his posession.
And just as Awesome that others will now get a chance to own,rebuild,drive and enjoy them.

was first posted and now a few vehicles have fallen through the cracks and gotten missing, the mainline ute and the chev 1100 drink truck just for 2

Regarding some of the vehicles not being listed in the sale, I'll offer this as a probable explaination:

The dispersal sale is to sell items accumulated by two brothers over the years. Some of the vehicles were purchased by one brother, some by the other. Still more are owned by the partnership. The idea for the sale was initiated a few years ago, but the time wasn't quite right due to family reasons. In the meantime, vehicles may have been sold to other parties, or the vehicles withdrawn from the list of items for sale due to brothers working out who owns what.

I'm only basing this on discussions over the years with one of the brothers. He also told me that he was planning on selling reference manuals and books for each vehicle. His idea was to sell the vehicle, then auction the manuals for that vehicle before moving onto the next vehicle for sale. Sounds like a good plan to me. Unsure if this is going to happen at this sale.

It'll be a great sale, and I hope to get back out there for it, albeit as a spectator only.

So how many people will be travelling out for the auction on Saturday?
