i had a ball on the run . i cannot wait for the next one, i could do that every week end..(any chances ) , one thing that suprised me was i had 600 liters of diesel on board , but only used 240 liters

Andy and myself took the ole inter up to her home town of Batlow yesterday for a run , as it was the weekend of the Cider fest , so we went with the idea of sparking upsome history on the old girl , we ended up meeting the guy my old boss got it from , and we had a good old chat and i could see a gleem and a tear in his eyes , his name is Robert Flew ( i hope its spelt right ) o he flew home cause he had some old pic,s[smiley=vrolijk_26.gif]
he coulkd only find 1 straight away ,but is looking for more

the owner before him was a Phillip Quarmby

unreal to see a bit of history come out'a the woodwork when ya get out an about, bet you got just as big'a buzz as as ole robert, and getti'n a few piccys is a real bonus.... jk

It never ceases to amaze me how when restoring old trucks how the history comes out when some one starts asking, good one Melon finding the story and pictures.
