How high is a Cabover Kenworth?

Gidday, Might be a silly question but I know this is the place to just ask. What is the overall height of a K100? Can it be legally carried on a flat top or do I need a drop deck once the stacks are removed?
Thanks David

Gidday,

Low roof. To me a K100 will always be a low roof unless you went out and splashed out for one of those flash high rise roof Aerodyne thingys. Not like today when you see a low roof it is unusual. I miss those simple days.

Without protrusions above the cab, should be 4.4 metres on a normal flat top tray.
I remove the air cleaner pipes and exhaust stack off a K123 and carry it legal height.

Thanks fellas. Just aquired an ol 8 wheeler and don't need any undue grief from the authorities carrying her home. Better to ask than be sorry.

When they brought my K100 from Brisvegas to Oakey all they had to do was take the chrome extension of the exhaust and it was all good. ;D
