Hi Guys,
We would like to introduce ourselves,
Jim & Lisa from Tahmoor NSW.
We have a 1975 SAR Single Drive.
She still does short distance runs.
And gets the job done.
It'll be great joining the forum as we have read so many interesting & funny stories from all you guys.

Hey guys, this is our old girl, and the truck on the right is our other kenny, there is 25 years difference between them. She was also used in our daughters year 12 formal recently, she certainly got the best entance that night.

Hi Swishy,
Sounds Great......But we work 7days running our business. We cart carcase meat around the traps.
Now we have our lastest kenny, the old girl can have a bit of a rest.
We wanna give her a heart transplant...so she has more oomph....... pulling these heavy loads

Common you have to put the chassis numbers up for the rivet counters :D :D

Hi Guys,

Our Chassis number is 401915

Hubby & I reckon this would put us in the first 250 SAR's built.

What do you guys think?

Great looking truck !!! but wouldnt you rather have a real truck that turn heads and can pull the skin in off a bannaa custard, and that is a BRITISH MACK. :) :)

It's in the first 50 SAR's by chassis number order. Originally built for Shell with an 8V71T, RT910, bogie drive on torsion bars with a 144 inch wheelbase and day cab.

Guess it's changed a bit along the way!
