Probably not everyone's favorite Aussie truck, but it's my favorite Aussie truck, and that would be the old White 4000. Doesn't really matter what's under the bonnet, just as long it's an old White 4000.

This would rate up there for me,
as a favourite truck.
Back in the 60's riding shotgun
In one of Langleys transport semi's
at the Calga/MtWhite road works I
 
Spotted this one of Behn Heavy Haulage units.
A bogie drive Bedford with spider wheels pulling a Low Loader. Wow .
I know the full story of the unit now,but the image of a big Bedford,
has never left me.
