Self adjusting, saves replacing big end and little end bearings!
I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,

Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

If someone was foolish enough to put it in an engine my guess is it would have made a spectular exit at somewhere less than 1000 RPM

The roadway itself is fantastic construction. Hard to imagine that length falling down with nary a break or buckle.

Saw this mess on the news recently. The part that failed was where the road was connected to a very narrow single pilon. Way under designed in my book, not that I'm qualified to build one of these elevated roads but it had the room for 2 pilons and 2 the same size as the single one would hold that up. Not a not of reo protruding from the top of the broken pilon and it was not very long where it would have been connected to the road itself so not tied in place properly.
