Cobbadog gave his answer one post before you put the picture up.

When I get these problem childs I use a drop or two of super glue to hold the nut inplace.

I have heard of floating floors but before this one I had never seen a phantom floor.

At least the floor staying put on a rogid is not that bad you just shovel it over the side.
Somewhat harder when the hoist pops out through the top of hoist well and after digging your tail out of the seat when the trailer lands back down it takes a long time to shovel 25 tonne out of a 32 foot tipper.
