I am not a caption contestant but just got back from 5 weeks in Texas. Nearly all the trucks have those wind skirts sticking down from the trailer.

Some have a device that looks like the cab top wind deflector stuck under the trailer in front of the trailer axles to smooth the underneath flow out.

They all sit on 80mph (Speed limit is 75) so the skirts must be worth the cost. Texas, with the same population as Australia has exactly double the number of road deaths.
