I remember one of this model at Parramatta NSW as a fire tender when I was young.

i remember the fire brigade in brisbane selling them,(cowls only)............must have gone for a couple of hundred each...........Ryans removals in Juliet St had two of them rebuilt as furniture vans.they had an OHV motor with twin distributors ,and twin plug heads.I would think they were ex US army WW2.........there was one parked under a house at Cannon Hill on Wynnum Rd for years............the guy wanted $700 for it.....I bought an Inter C1300 off him that came from A J Bushes,who had the "stink factory" opposite.
