I'm in Perth and I am hoping to get this licensed. Can anyone tell me what sort of hassle I'm in for and things I should make sure are sweet before I attempt a pits pass?

Rossco nice one there, should not be to hard to pass a roadworthy as long its roadworthy as it looks fairly standard.

It is pretty stock. A few bits and pieces I can see have been a bit "farm" patched over its life.

Anyone know where to get water pumps for these? I'm thinking ebay america might be the easiest option.

Had a bit of a tune up session on it this morning. Got it running much smoother so I was happy with that. The carby has a vacuum leak through one of the gaskets but I've got a guy who seems confident he can rebuild or repair as nec.

And yeah I hope I can get photos happening on here from my phone also! If I do I'll be sure to let you know!

the condition look real nice,
a good way to check for air leaks is too let the engine run, idle speed, and spray some carb clean around the joints and gaskets on the carb and manifold.
if the revs change then the carb clean is getting sucked in and mixing with the fuel.
just something to try,
