The Little Mack is known as a tunnel wrecker.
2.4 mtr. wheelbase and has a 3.55 mtr. turning circle

These wer designed for the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels between New York City and New Jersey up here in the States as they could make a U-Turn inside the tunnel.

Saw another one on You Tube but couldn't work out how to download it, used as a tow tractor with a rigid bar pulling those US air force stealth bombers out of the hangers, looked like some small Japper about the size of a Hi-Lux, drive wheels hard up against back of cab!

That makes sense. Their new silos are bulky but not that heavy, mainly carting air and the short wheelbase will be maneuverable around the factory and on site. Their driver's don't have a good reputation though and their pilots are almost as bad, often being 5km ahead of the load. We were headed along the snow road to Bright once when there was a veteran car rally coming out of Millewa and headed towards Bright. I followed one of their silos and he would pull out to overtake them then pull back across while the silo was beside the old car, often completing the manouver over double lines. He did this at least 2 dozen times. Not a good look for the company. We sent them the dash cam footage and when we heard nothing were told to "get F....d". Lovely attitude.
They are also the cause of a lot of accidents around Rochester, Kyabram, Echuca as they ignore traffic already on roundabouts, red lights etc. They are an example of how truck drivers get a bad reputation

Having lived through a pandemic I now understand all the painting of fat people on couches!
