Photos from Phil Coleman.
Ward and Coleman's GMC moving a house around the streets of Wollongong.

The house at the intersection of Crown St and Keira St Wollongong.

This GMC was only bogie drive and not a 6x6 model .
I do not know if the steer axle was replaced at some time, or did GMC supply a 6x4 model for the defense forces ?

Phil Coleman out front and I think it is his son Robert hanging out the door of the Mack on the right.

You would reckon they should go and knock on the front door and ask the people to shift the Holden rather than risk losing the whole show by driving on the grass.

I was thinking the same thing - lose the EK!
