I am not sure where to post this , so Hayseed can move it if necessary.
Mr Daryl Gushee, 54, of New Glouster Maine USA passed away unexpectedly yesterday 12/31/17 at his shop.
Any of you who attended the 2012 ATHS show in Springfield Mass will remember his fantastic display, or check your Showtime book. He owned over 300 antique trucks, 11 of which were Linn's, and was a wealth of knowledge especially about four wheel drive snow removal equipment.
A great loss to the entire antique / historical truck hobbyist group worldwide.
There is more info on both the ATHS discussion forum and the Just Old Trucks "Peter J's Place".

My condolences to his family and close friends.
He was one of the friendliest and most knowlegible enthusiasts I had the pleasure to meet.
He did well in his private business but his love was for really old stuff as his collection shows. Taken well before his prime, he had so much to offer the old truck hobby , we thought for many years to come.
RIP Daryl.
