haz always bin slo on the take off (probly save n fuel)
prob iz we miss n to many traffic lights
has jist ovr 1 mill on clok rumor haz it good for 1.4mill

They are all slow off the mark so a lot say
mine pulls like a Trojan on the hills that's where it counts. The fellow that had mine could not wait to buy a Argosy with a 565 Crummins screws falling out of the cab all day fiberglass cracking everywhere rides like a bucking bull is lucky to 2 k's litre he aint a happy camper. What I like about mine the most?

Thanks for your harvest and farm photo's.

Last year we had a good lot of harvest and equipment pic's from around the country, so come on you blokes. get those camera shots emptied out onto this forum.

There was some good stuff from old dog, Mick the Mongrel, Acar and Andy Wright if I remember right, and others.

Gday Geoff as others have posted the old gear is getting scarce at harvest now as more and more cockie's up date their gear to carry more weight . Each year in the midnorth of SA there are more farmer owned B Doubles .

Theses two have been working very hard over harvest but were washed up this morning to have a couple of days off over Christmas





Some low life pinched the driving lights off last night after l got home from Melbourne [was left in town overnight] must have wanted some thing for Christmas

Cruizing the industrial back blocks of Wingfield (Adelaide) this avro 1/1/14, (while doing a non-transport kind of work).
Sum uh wot i sar asleep in uver peplz yardz durin thu brayk;

It started with one of those specialised mixed load trailers. (Ah, one of those, get the camera out.)


Then in an engineering yard.


A Volvo, (ex Crofts Tspt by the green)


A Leyland,


And they were yard work buddys.


Then this cosmetically challenged ruffy WITH a load.


And a trio of ruffy's, maybe never to have a load again.


A pretty Inter,


Sleeping with a load.


Then, a WOTZIT (Does it really matter? and Who Cares?)


And finally, this poor little bugger, waiting for a another chance.


Then I went home and sodded around on PhotoBucket for 45 minutes (sigh).
Oh well, it's done now.

I suspect the Red Mack spends much of its time on the road, working, feeding the boss and his family to be much bothered with bling and superficial frippery.
