Contact Maxitrans, (makers of Freighter trailers) they have a very good archive section. they should be able to give you the build sheet on It...

Mrs, A local from these parts made the suggestion that, "that trailer was a spread bogie when new" just thought that someone on hear may have the build sheets for Freighter Aus. I cannot see any modification but who knows. Will chase up Seeds suggestion.
Trailer has been fitted with tubeless tyres which stick out.

Can I modify or change spacers & lugs to make rims/tyres shallower or are there other tricks to make the tubeless fit or do we need to go back to tube rims & tyres

You can get different spacers, just as long as the wedges dont bottom out
And some tubeless rims have different offsets
Check if tyres stick out each side as there maybe badly worn rockers and spring hangers or maybe the axles arent located properly on the springs
Just some ideas to look at

Also check trailer width. Earlier models, if it was a spread trailer, would be 8 Ft.
Newer units went to 2.5 Metres, or 8 Ft 2 1/2 Inch. If it was modified with later
axles, that would explain the wheels protruding, about 1 1/4 Inches each side.
If so, matter of finding rims and / or spacers to bring track width in that much.
Might be a tall order, as inner rim is located on spider ramp so a narrow spacer
would bring the outer rim in too far for the wedges to clamp correctly.
Not sure if the earlier spiders would interchange to give you a result.
Might be easier to fit some spray fringes or similar to disguise the projections.
I laughed at the time, but livestock carriers widened their trailers and crates to
the new width. Extra 2 cows on a 41 Ft 10 Inch trailer. Good luck, Paul.

Would the first two numbers be the weights, collapsed and spread respectively?
