1830B upgrade

Hi guy & girls
I'm currently in the process of rebuilding a phaser engine to replace the 654.4 has anyone here ever done this and what should I expect to face?
So I am wanting to a 210TI with a RTO6610 transmission.

TI means you will have to fit in an intercooler somewhere ........in the tilt Acco cab,there is plenty of room in front of the radiator.......from memory..........the RR will likely need to be already fitted ,or there will be bulk hassle finding bits to suit........In any case,IMHO ,a RR is a bit too big to hang off a Perk......basically the Phaser is just a glorified 354,and the back of the block is none too strong............but of course,it has been done.
