First thoughts would be an alternator off a Landcruiser or Nissan Patrol, they have the pump mounted on the rear. Will need an oil feed and drain. If 24 Volt there are others as well. Have 3 in the shed I think are 24 volt.

Dose it have to be belt drive ?
If not, have a look at a late model commodore wreck, plenty of guys using electric vac pumps in the performance car scene theae days.

The LC and Nissans are 12V, just saying there are also 24 V available.
As for the amount of vacuum you can always at a tank for extra storage.
As DNO said there are electric units around, the Yanks use a lot for their light trucks. It is for heater controls etc as they now use hydraulic pressure for boost on their brakes.
There are others like one I bought for a Ford Transit but you need a mounting plate and still the oil system plus bet system. Fleabay for those

This the way I would go
Plenty of little Jap trucks and Jap 4x4 etcc use this system and it is reliable and I have never had one fail

I would toddle off to a wreckers working what you need as in belt size, shape etc of alternator
Find a vauum tank to suit what size area you have to put a tank

Lots to choose from
