What was the driver on?

When I did repairs on the coaches ,one driver (he didnt have a PT licence) dropped his phone on the floor ,and was looking for it while doing 60mph on the freeway.....He also had a running argument with passengers of the charter ,turning back to face them ....They sent a group signed letter to Qld Transport saying they all though they would be killed .....the letter was returned by QT to Belsham "for comment".......On a darker note,I was told all the drivers doing school runs were pedophiles ,and they worked cheap to be with kids .......the top mentioned driver took the kids on his school run for a end of year party ,unknown to the school or parents ,who thought it was school organized.....This is also the guy was sacked from the party hire for losing a truckload of mowers ,he didnt tie down properly.
