Talk about getting the run around! Couldn't get a straight answer fro Google at least six variations of an M155 transmission, so emailed Toyota and was given a number to ring. No go, redirected to the dealer network, cant help, redirected to Fluidrive, cant help, redirectedto ATC. Long story short, bloke there went to the trouble of actually counting the teeth on the mainshaft and individual gears.Ratios turn out to be 1st 4.56. 2nd2.858, 3rd 1.60. 4th 1.00 5 th 0.745:1. I could have sworn it was a direct box, being used to overdrive being in the forward position against the dash, 4th being straight back from that, which put 3rd "around the corner". But, as usual, wrong again! Dave
