The vast majority of the road follows the original alignment. Relatively short distance deviations revolve around new bridges and cuttings and a dry ground loop around flood prone areas.

Remember the entire road was sealed well before ww2 finished.

Hayseed beat me to asking that question about the command centre/radio wagon/instant caravan. Any chance of some more piccies - engine, inside cab, and internal facilities please Lang??? Doubt if one of them has ever been up the track before. :unsure:

Considering the suspension and gearing on the majority of vehicles participating I'd say you and Bev are experiencing the smoothest and most leisurely ride. :woohoo:

Like many others who would love to be there, I am following yet another of your adventures with a certain amount of envy.

He wants only 20000 for it. It hss done 24000 since new

Diff locks hugeunderbody winch fully set up as camper lots of alloy in body and gutds
