Identifying a dodge d5nbdo

Gday I’m just wondering if someone could explain the id plate on a dodge d5nbdo. I have no idea

It would probably help if you showed a pic of the plate,or maybe draw a facsimile with the detail on it......Pictures of the truck as it is would also be helpful,because the cabs were often interchanged ,to repair rust or damage.
