Caterpillar master switch was created by Dave_64
Hi All,
Would anyone either have, or know where I may be able to get hold of a Caterpillar master switch?
You know, the ones under the dozer seats or hidden around like Easter eggs?
They were a very simple affair, like two fork prongs, in the shape of a key, insert them and then turn 'em.
Somebody told me once that they were set up on the NEGATIVE side of the system, never been able to confirm it
Thanx, Dave_64

Did you notice who the seller is.... juantrack from WA, famous on here as onetrack for attempting a cast iron repair many years ago. Swishy is full bottle on the story. (If it is the same person)

Cant you get them from the Cat parts suppliers?........I bought one of the little brass priming pumps from the crowd in Toowoomba, only $40 odd,and a stock line ......name was something like "Tractor Parts".....yeah ,not very original ,but Cat are very strict about anyone using anything to do with them, including part numbers.
