That one looks like an old Merc to be towing a McGrath HiTensile trailer. Would have thought a strap trailer was more in the era.

OK, so its not Friday YET... but I wont be near a puter friday so today will have to do.... fresh off the side of the road all in one place.




the impression I got was they all still have a job to do at some time during the year. The tipper is in the silo yard. The others nearby out of the road. There were some other trucks there to (in Drive about pics)

Looking good Sarge, obviously a Frauline lovers place, it is kinda amazing just how many are still about and registered, I reckon there would be more Fraulines of this era registered than any other breed

Thats as percentage of what was made new of any breed

No she is so German it is a wonder she does not speak with an accent. I wonder if she gets permission from Mr Tata to drive a Range Rover or Mr BMW to drive a Rolls Royce.I am sure I saw somewhere Mercedes 1418's making late night deliveries to Windsor Castle back in the 60's because the oysters from France would have been stale by the time British trucks did the 160km run from the Dover Ferry.
