Strange tyre wear - please help

[strike]Yep, as per my last diagram.
Get a jack and put it between the axle and body on the flat spring. Lift the body. The shackle will become vertical and the wheel will move forward. (handbrake off and in neutral so it can move.)
The distances between the front hub and rear hub on both sides will then be equal. measure how far you have lifted the body. That is how much extra camber you need to have in the spring. Take that pack to a spring works and have it added.[/strike]
sorry, misread this line. "Funnily enough the rear shackle doesn’t seem to be leaning back."
Pins worns? shackle holes elongated?

While standing there admiring our handy work I grabbed a tape measure and sure enough the ‘long side’ is sitting 20mm lower in the arse end. It seems the springs have sagged which as you suggest could easily account for back end shifting 5mm back. Funnily enough the rear shackle doesn’t seem to be leaning back.
