I had that problem with my Mack. Solved it by going to the wreckers and buying two old Holden windows. Most older cars had a very close match. The little runner track section of similar shape to yours can be removed by just drilling the couple of spot welds.
I glued the new section to the bottom of the truck window frame with two pack SIKA. there is not much pressure to lower the window and stress the glue and all the heavy lifting up force is against the frame

Clark Rubber will have the Rubbers.. Just take the Old ones with you so you can match them Up.
Also; Have you Tried IVECO?? It's surprising What they can supply on Old Acco's..
