Old Kwikasair SARs

KAA pics are of the Tassie SAR, she was 12/24v so I've been told, and Our...well my bosses...SAR (24v) came over here in 1990-1991 and never did a run for TNT/KAA in Tassie as it blew up about 20 kms up the road from getting off the boat. I haven't actually been able to get the fleet no. off of 'our' SAR yet but the boss has the old KAA log book somewhere for it...........but where???

Have a vague memory of IPEC speccing all 24 volt in their KW's. Not an issue for their rigids and possibly all their trailers were set up as 24 volt because of their prior commitment to MAN.

note: memory is out of warranty so ......

Good on ya richie. Take your time mate. Comet was next door to Kwikasair in Melbourne, and I never took a photo of a Kwikasair truck, just the Comet ones. So it will be great to see some of your collection.
