Dodge used the IH cab from about 1962, when the Inter AB came out. They never used the A series cab. (where the A series cab is different from a Loadstar cab, the AB / Dodge cab is different again (in the same spot) to allow for the full-width bonnet, new front and smooth doors.)
Not sure exactly when production ended, but I have a 2/79 Dodge 300 here.
Jarrod.

International AL to AS all locally built trucks had the pilothouse cab. I've seen early L110's with it also, I don't think any of the light trucks had the US cab. Some of the heaviest ones did have the US cab. (I figure it took a while to either tool up for the badge, or decide to call it an "AL", I don't know which.)I am trying to answer a question in Vintage Truck magazine.. What years did International use the Dodge Pilot House cab??? And when did Dodge start using the IH A series cab and for how long???
Thanks
Brocky

Was over at Shepparton for a bit today and had heard of M.O.V.E. Museum of Vehicle Evolution
Saw some Inters there, both big and small
well worth a look if you get the chance, so much more than trucks
