Dee n I would like to wish all members here a very Merry Christmas. Stay safe when on the roads and enjoy the Festive Season responsibly, if we can. Happy New Year is then the next big one to survive so let's enjoy it to survive it.
Cheers to everyone.

Happy Christmas and New year to all as well and hoping we can keep all this going for another year. I am sure we are capable of staying out of trouble, if not enjoy it regardless, stay safe remember everyone is out to get you if you are on the road.

Although I wished all well on my A was for Austin etc blog yesterday I will do so again here just to confirm I am alive and kicking still.
I must admit I am a bit of a Christmas humbug! type, but despite that I do sincerely send Christmas greetings to all and thank every one who makes this forum a worthwhile place to visit.

All the very best to everyone and huge thankyou to all on here that have kept the little forum ticking along through out the year
stay safe and have a wonderful Christmas and new year
The other morning, (last Saturday morning I think?) I was baling the last of the hay this year and a strange ute pulled into the paddock so I stopped baling hay and discovered it was my son and his girlfriend
what a wonderful way to start the day
Thats my Christmas present sorted
Anyway they stepped it up a gear in decorating the house
Everyone have a great one and I promise to try and lift my game on the forum next year and get back onto some projects
Paul and the Princess

I have my shoulder to the wheel,
my nose to the grindstone,
I've put my best foot forward,
I've put my back into it,
I'm gritting my teeth,
Now I find I can't do any work in this position!

Yesterday I wrote a new topic I called Merry Christmas in which I listed the Countries in which I had found members to correspond with. The posting is not there today, I think the Christmas Grinch must have seen it.
I will settle for adding my best wishes to this thread.
Morris.

Morris I have never met a dud person on a forum, I think it may have to do with the fact we all share a common interest
Two weekends ago I jumped on the kero kite for Christchurch NZ to meet a bloke from the States visiting his son in NZ
Was there only 24 hours and had a great time
We had spoken for well over a decade now, dunno how long, started talking on skype after messaging and sending photos back forth for years
long before I knew about Facebook, would call and chat on the phone every month or so
The world really is a small place these days
We watch Langs world wide adventures unfold before us all to enjoy
We really do live in a special time in the worlds history
