Does anyone what the go is with Jarrah Publishing as they have stuffed up my OMM subscription and do not answer emails and when phoned a recorded message says to call back in office hours [which I was]. tried to ring several times but getting nowhere....are they a shonky mob and have I lost my subs I paid

Do you mean TOMM? 
If so they never reply to emails, left phone messages either. Good luck sorting it out. I also thought I read they too want to be digital only at some stage.
Possible best action is contact the printers n ask for a direct line to TOMM

They are all over the place. Keep phoning and eventually it will get answered.
