My new truck was created by
I'm off this weekend at a ungodly hour of 3-30am with a tandem on the back of my ute.
We are heading to Bordertown SA to pick up a 1935 "W" model Bedford.
I will inform you when i get with details on how the trip went and hope some pics.Dave

Well i got the old girl home and found plenty of ineresting things on her.
#1 the chassis has been shorten by 37 inches and has railway line welded from the front of the rear springs to the rear of the front springs.
#2 found a flat paver in the petrol tank must have been put in when made it has kept the rust out of the tank.
# 3 the brake system is diffrent to my 34 & 36 Bedfords on the front.
At the moment i'm going to take of the cab and scuttle as they have been sold i will keep you all up speed on whats happening.Dave

:DThe railway line was to keep the old girl on the rough roads or was it the chassis just rust away. It might have work on the railways and that was the spare rail. Dont worry the scrap price is up and the line and paver add to the weight.

Hi everybody found out some more things today but would like some help with the name on the door. It's a triangle with white wings, yellow back ground and the letters done in white . JD Ltd under the triangle is a sq box with the letters done in white and yellow background. CI .Dave

Find a website called Australian Company names register ( or something like that ) search under expired or cancelled business names.
