i would like to put one of those duck egg green ,sweet noisy little, generals finest oil leakers in there but i do have 2 other diamond T ,s that i would like to put GM.s in first + if the old ppppppppperkins is an original fit , it would be a shame to pull it out dont know what they were thinkin when they put a piece of a pommy anchor in a yank tank :-? :-/ i guess they were just trying to slow them down ;D ;D ;D
the other chassis is a inter 192 , got the cab and grille and fenders at home .. just need a bonnet (471 GM would be nice)any leads ... chassis is full air brakes ,,PAT,,

Pat,

I know where there is a 190 bonnet, I will go see if its still there.
I have a few 190 bits so let me know once you do a stock take of what you need.
6V-53 goes into the 190 pretty easy so if your interested I can give you a list of donor parts you will need to do the swap.
The white...mmm I know where your coming from re leaving the polly perk in it if its original but its like having a poo stain on a new blanket though isnt it....if your going to stay with perk put a 640 V8 in it..that'd be different. :D Id go with either a 6V or an 8V-53...but its not my truck !

like the sound of a 8V53 but all the rumours i ever here , is that there aint to many around and that they break cranks and cranks are hard to find.. any information you wish to forward on i would be glad to soak up. i know that the steering box has to be out side the chassis on old whites and diamonds if you put in a V6GM or a 180 Cummins
