Hi there Guys
I have been looking around the site for the past few weeks and like what I see. I live in the Flinders Rangers SA but work in the Mining Industry in Emergency Services, hense my collection of vintage fire engines.
I must admit I am not a big fan of the newer Land Rovers but enjoy the older models.
- 1954 Series I SWB (Capstan and rear PTO)
- 1958 Series I LWB Fire Engine (Ex Woomera) Rear PTO 250 gpm AMAG Pump
- 1958 Series I LWB Fire Engine (Ex Woomera) Rear PTO 250 gpm AMAG pump
- 1958 Sereis II SWB Ex Australian Army Command Recon (with banford winch)
- 1960 Series II LWB Angus Fire Fly Fire Engine (Ex Snowy Hydro) rear 300 GPM Coventry Climax Pump
- 1964 Series IIa Fire Tender (Ex Army Fire Service) Centre Mounted 500 gpm Coverntry Climax Pump
Plus
- 1951 Grey Fergie with Front end loader (Crash bucket)
All the best
Wayne

G'day Ellard and welcome,
Good looking Land Rovers you have, and they would look even better trundling along with the South Oz HCVC on one of their Road Runs.
Have a look at the Hills of Adelaide Road Run on Event Chat for info about our next event.
Look forward to catching up with you some time and having a closer look at those Landy's.
Cheers Geoff

Hi Wayne -
... coupla weeks too late! One of our Brigade members drove down to Port Lincoln last month and would have taken it to Port Augusta for you if it was towable. Don't know of anybody else heading that way, but if all else fails it'll be a backload for any transport company heading south from the NT.
