Hi,

I don't think the two posing next to the truck have really thought through the idea of putting a chock under the front left wheel and jack under the front differential.

Had this happen to me once in a 4x4 Canter fire truck, only it wasnt wire but Wonga vine, which is almost as tough as steel cable. It got so bad that the clutch was starting to slip when taking off. I eventually had to pull out of the firefight and crawl underneath with a cane knife, took about half an hour of chopping and then a lap out on the highway with pieces of vine flying in all directions to clear it.

what is strange is that old mate has wound on a complete hinge joint fence with no sign that there was any forward motion. Normally you would be dragging the fence out the back.

Mammoth, it was an innerspring mattress that he ran over and got tangled. Being spring steel, it would take some shifting.
