Cool COE. the original truck in the series was actually a flat roof.
Then they went to a Aerodyne part way through or into the second series from memory. bought it many years ago on VHS out of the states. No longer have a video player! That along with movin' on.

Hope that's true about the DVD possibly being released. It's long overdue and Universal have been holding out for way too long. I heard there was an issue with the masters due to a fire a few years back at Universal studios.

I hear Kraig has an original trailer also, would love to see some pics of that!! :D

does anyone out there have any contacts with kw seattle please?i got a line sheet for the truck from a kw dealer in the usa,ive got to say that theyre more helpful than paccar out here.anyway the truck was built at the kansas plant, thats fine.delivery date,28/6/78,thats cool.for the dealer it says seattle, dealer #k300,i imagine that means head office.i can live with that, but for the operator(who it was ordered for) its got kw advertising.that ones the mystery.sounds like the truck was leased to universal studio's.being the 1st season truck and costing $110k back in 1978(usa dollars)thats big money for a truck .naturally it would have to be under lease, lets face it,whos going to spend mega bucks on a truck in the 1st season not knowing how the shows going to go.do i make sense?can anyone elaborate?idstbc???help
