Looks like an ACCO cab on a Pommy lorry, those axles look like AEC or similar.

That Acco or whatever it is ,is sure as hell one ugly turnout.

...looks like it's set up to cart two 20's or a 40'....might it have been something to do with the road/rail transfer ?

...the "Acco" may've only been an expediency for the rear steer to work properly, with some of the weight being certainly well forward ....hence the twin steer ??

a bit unusual looking but no uglier than every other CO truck...
