Work has interupted the progress will get back onto it soon i think i am up to about page 5 or 6. Cant post it all up at once as it needs to be split to fit in the forum so once its done i will load it all up together.

Castlemaine ?
When I used to live at Bowenvale/Timor, which is 5 clicks nth of Maryborough on the old Dunolly Rd, Penny and Lang owned the abattoir at CARISBROOK .
Which placed it about 3 km out of Maryborough, on the southern side of the Pyrenees Highway heading east towards Castlemaine.
It was actually at a place called Flagstone, but nobody exept the local yokels new that, so they painted Carisbrook on the door of their light blue japanesey Bedford. From memory I think they had the abbotoir's P.O. box at Carisbrook.
There is a picture of this "mighty bedsted" with-in this forum, I think the subject of the thread was something to do with cattle carriers/carters.
That thread would have to be at least a couple of years old now, it had a few pics of SAR's from Finimores loading/unloading stock at Wagga sale yards and this 'mighty bedsted', popped up with-in that thread.
