Dont waste money with cutout copper gaskets.......they are worse than useless for diesels......Id say the gasket you want would be the C160 one ....ask FleetParts in Toowoomba.

Try ACL, they used to custom make hard to source gaskets.

I thought ACL had closed down.........wasnt that the reason given for stopping Falcon production?......I also went to an auction at Eagle Farm some years ago that was the ACL factory there........There was alot of original Warren and Brown machines there .

.
The C series 160 / 175 / 180 use a steel plate gasget about 2mm thick .........the liners protrude from 004 / 006 thou above the block..........
The head squashes the plate onto the liners and the plate doesent virtually touch the block..............
The oil ways have a neoprane type seal that is part of the head gasget , while the water ways have fibre type square section rings that
are placed into the holes in the plate (head gasket).........
Waste of time making a copper type gasget.................
A couple of blokes in NSW (maybe still on this forum) ........Kirky or Chappo MAY be able to help..................

I CAME INTO THIS WORLD WITH NOTHING & STILL HAVE MOST OF IT.........................

on a good day i can remember
that i used to be a truck driver.
