@ the Cumberland Junction twaz where the bitumen ended n thun U ate dust for a few more hours to deliver the goods

... there were three or four S model Kennys working up there on the Thompson Dam project all at the same time Swish, with y'self, Kenny Moffat, Charlie Roper coming to mind, and John Rickard in the old red and white Bottle 900 KW in and out occassionally as well

...Ken said how there was nothing quite like these GM powered bangers working hard in the early still morning air sending all that screaming racket reverberating through the hills B) B)

Edwardian wooden post office, with elevated railway rear, and vaguely saltbush in the distance.
I put central Qld ahead of SA (use of wood instead of stone).
A new coal railway, or an old line regraded: most new are electrified.
A bit further north: Collinsville is a more-major town.
