Rail bridge with road excavated below now under construction. Quite a project, lots of tippers, site buildings and other gear there.

For those wondering, Borg Warner has a large manufacturing plant on the northern fringe of Albury as a result of the 1970’s decentralising program.
According to the old hands and CB pundits, you weren’t a Hwy 31 runner unless you’d been north of there. Road in Victoria was reasonable, but from there up required more skill and care.
